Designed for fixed installation indoors and outdoors, these cables are resistant to rodents and moisture and feature a braided steel armor between the first and second sheaths. Installation alongside Category 1 cables marked either 450/750 V or 0.6/1 kV is permitted, with a nominal voltage to ground (Uo) of up to 400 V, in accordance with the UNEL 36762 standard. Installation in underground cable ducts is permitted, provided the cables offer excellent resistance to weathering. The Eca CPR classification also permits use in environments with a higher fire risk (LOW risk).
